TEMPO 2.2 rim is made out of the T6069 alloy reinforced copper/chromium/magnesium/silicium plus vanadium and strontium.
This aluminium alloy grade is exceptional. The wheel performances are thus incredible for such a lightweight product. The weight to stiffness is almost on par with the one of carbon fiber rims.
Once extruded, the alloy bars are cold rounded, and sleeve joined. This ensures the maximal strength, good dynamics, and a very smooth braking feeling.
This profile of 24.5mm deep by 20.5mm wide makes high performance wheels, not only light, but also tough with stunning responsiveness.
The rear rim has an asymetrical shape of 2.5mm which improves the left/right spoke tension balance.
